Four 12Gb/s (x4 lane) SFF-8644 Mini-SAS HD wide ports provide high-speed connectivity; QNAP documents up to 192 Gb/s transfer speed to a single host (vendor-stated) and up to 96 Gb/s when daisy-chaining with link aggregation. The unit supports daisy-chaining up to 16 enclosures (up to 3.4 PB raw capacity) and multipath routing when used with a host NAS running QTS 4.5.1 / QuTS hero h4.5.1 or later and the appropriate PCIe SAS storage expansion card.
