Maximum Data Transfer Rate of Up to 800GB (Native) and 1.6TB (Compressed) for
LTO-4
Using pre-written servo bands at maximum transfer rates of up to 120 - 240MBps
(Compressed) are now possible. These servo bands prevent the head block from
straying off the data track, so the head block stays precisely aligned with the
data track at all times.
